To speak of Quality also means considering production standards that are certified or certifiable. This is why, in the last few years, we have been working towards obtaining some of the most important certifications in the field.

BRC Certification

BRC Certification

The BRC Global Standard for Food Safety was established in 1998 in order to guarantee that products are made according to well-defined quality standards and meet the minimum safety requirements. It is one of the food safety standards recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), an international initiative with the main aim of strengthening and promoting food safety along the whole supply chain. Applying BRC is therefore a necessary step in order to export one's products, and is a recognized mark of company trustworthiness.

IFS Certification

IFS Certification

The International Food Standard aims to promote an efficient selection of food suppliers for GDO brands, on the basis of their ability to provide products that are safe and compliant with contractual specifications and legal requirements. It is recognized standard both in Europe and in the rest of the World. It is one of the food safety standards recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), an international initiative with the main aim of strengthening and promoting food safety along the whole supply chain.

BIO SUISSE Certification

BIO SUISSE Certification

The Swiss Organic Certification, BIOSUISSE, gathers under its brand “Gemma”, 6423 farming businesses and 923 processing and sales businesses that produce according to Bio Suisse standards. “Gemma” is therefore the trademark of Swiss organic producers and of their products and ensures the highest organic standards within their farming businesses as well as in the fields that precede and follow them in the supply chain.

ORGANIC/BIO Certification

ORGANIC/BIO Certification

The organic farming certification is awarded to those businesses that comply with a series of regulations established in Italy by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestery Policies at all stages of the production chain of a given product.

Any company wishing its products to be recognized as organic, whether their business is agricultural, food processing, breeding and animal husbandry, import or other types, must subject itself to the control system based on current organic certification regulations. After preliminary checks have been carried out, if the company is declared compliant, it may exhibit the distinctive “green leaf” symbol.

DEMETER Certification

DEMETER Certification

The Demeter Certification, awarded by Demeter associazione Italia, is given to businesses that having obtained Organic certification, show, after several inspections, to be following and complying with the standards prescribed by biodynamic agriculture.

Certificazione NOP

National Organic Program(NOP) allows organic products to be exported and marketed to the United States of America (USA). It certifies agricultural and zootechnical products, processed products for human and animal consumption (excluding aquaculture products), technical means for agriculture and cosmetic products.
