A washed rind cheese with a pinkish color. Inside it has a very white paste, typical of soft goat cheeses. The typology recalls that of Lombard cheeses with a creamy and elastic structure. It is aged in our cellars for a period of more than 40 days. On the palate the taste is sweet, buttery and intense without sacrificing the typical goat aftertaste, accompanied by a light bitter note which is also characteristic.
