Product features

This cheese has a thin, amber or rose-colored rind. The paste is soft and can achieve a high degree of creaminess depending on the degree of aging. The flavor is extremely mild and pleasant without any hint of acidity. This distinguishes it from the caciotta cheese made with sheep’s milk typical of central-southern Italy.
